My Channels Requirements

We store your saved channels in site data. Site data controls are often associated with cookies. If you have settings such as “Clear cookies and site data” on close switched on, you choices are not saved.

Listed below are the locations for cookies and site data with instructions on how to allow them for TVTV.

Firefox

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Privacy and security.
3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, ensure that the checkbox Delete cookies and site data everytime you close Firefox has not been selected.

Chrome

We don’t store channel favorites in cookies but if the On device site data setting is anything other than allow, all channel information is lost when you close.

1. Go Settings.
2. Choose Privacy and security.
3. Choose Site Settings.
4. Choose Additional content settings.
5. Choose On-device Site Data.
6. Choose Allow sites to save data on your device.

Edge

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Privacy, search, and services
3. Choose Clear browsing data.
4. Choose Choose what to clear every time you close the browser.
5. Ensure that Cookies and other site data is turned off.

Safari

To allow cookies or data strictly from the website you are currently viewing, you need to adjust your Privacy settings in Safari. This blocks third-party cross-site tracking while keeping the site fully functional.

On Mac

1. Open Safari.
2. Choose Safari > Settings (or Preferences in older macOS versions) from the menu bar.
3. Click the Privacy tab.
4. Deselect “Block all cookies” (if checked).
5. Select “Allow from current website only”.

On iPhone & iPad

1. Open your device’s Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Safari.
3. Under the Privacy & Security section, toggle on “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”.
